problem with homeoffice?

 After a few months living the situation everything started to begin again, all the enterprises started to just figure out how they could work again and which method they were going to use. The best method for this situation were the virtual work or the name that born was homeoffice, the other method that some companies use was the normal work in their offices or for examples in the construction but this was only if it was necessary. 

All the decisions were not easy for the people and the companies because there was always the fear to get infected with the virus, in some cases there were really difficult situation because they needed the workers but they doesn't want to go because they want to take care of themselves and their families. The problem with the felt of workers was not the only because the homeoffice has some really big problems because some of people who work at home doesn't live alone and most of them have children other grandparents who need some care and it was really difficult to focus on work and take care of the family or do some daily stuff like food, clean the house, etc. 

This homeoffice were not a bad decision for the companies because after some time they realize that they can reduce not only cost because they started closing some places that they stopped using. According to some studies they show that most of the big companies reduced their cost in the 20% because they people were just staying at home and working with their computer. Other way that they reduce their cost was firing people because at the beginning the companies though that because of people was at home they could work more or do more tasks. After some time this become in a problem too because the workers start having mental issues and like overworking, this affect a lot in their performance.
