  Mental health is something that has been normal for the people and most of the people didn't gave importance to it during the time, but in the last year is something that is growing more and more everyday in the society. This problem could affect the people a lot but most of them didn't know or think that have mental problem, this problem we could say is very difficult to understand because everyone feel it and deal with it in different ways. If this doesn't have the important that should have, it could cause a lot of very big problem or the people could live with it their whole live.  According to some studies the mental health issues have increase a lot and because of the quarantine that people is living increase the reason of what the people start suffering some mental problem, the most common reasons is that people are living always in the same space and their daily live doesn't have much changes because they are always at home and must work at home, live at home ...

 After a few months living the situation everything started to begin again, all the enterprises started to just figure out how they could work again and which method they were going to use. The best method for this situation were the virtual work or the name that born was homeoffice, the other method that some companies use was the normal work in their offices or for examples in the construction but this was only if it was necessary.  All the decisions were not easy for the people and the companies because there was always the fear to get infected with the virus, in some cases there were really difficult situation because they needed the workers but they doesn't want to go because they want to take care of themselves and their families. The problem with the felt of workers was not the only because the homeoffice has some really big problems because some of people who work at home doesn't live alone and most of them have children other grandparents who need some care and it was...

 As time passes by, the worries in parents mind started growing, they just though all the time what will happen and what would we do if my parent just lost their job because the company went on bankruptcy. We just thought that after the first weeks in lockdown my father would be able to start working, but it wasn't so easy because the government should gave all the permissions to the enterprises and gave all the conditions, Biosecurity protocoles and Covid 19 exams.  It was just let the time pass and wait for the news of the company from my father and wait what his boss say, because we started seen that some other companies from family and friends that close and they lost their jobs.  This situations with the enterprises was not only in Colombia, but also in the all world and impacting tons of organizations worldwide and forcing them to benefit from financial state bailouts due the millionaire losses.
